I can't get into my environment after I changed my OutSystems account email

I changed my email, received the confirmation to my new email, then confirmed it. Then I logged into my account but couldn't enter the Service Studio using the same login/password. Neither old nor new email work. Same with Service Center. 

I was also trying to contact the OutSystems support, but the form asks for a platform Activation Code which I don't have access too. 

Can anyone help from here?

@Muslim Sattarov : Please log in to OutSystems.com using your new email address and change your password. After changing the password, allow some time for it to sync with the environment.

Next, go to Community -> Tools -> OS11 and verify your personal environment URL (it should be magisteryoda.outsystemscloud.com)

Finally, try logging into the environment and confirm that it is working.

Hello,

If this is your personal environment, it should definitely be synced with the new email, so after you log in with the new email, it should work. If this is a licensed environment, I think you’ll need to contact the admin who has access to Lifetime and manages IT Users they can help you with this.

Also, make sure you didn’t mistype the email you know, it happens sometimes.

Yes, it is my personal environment for many years. I checked every little thing. This URL: https://www.outsystems.com/home redirects to: https://www.outsystems.com/personaledition/ and there's nothing there (as if I'm new to OutSystems). All resources such as ServiceCenter, LifeTime, Users are unavailable, they return the "wrong login/password" error. 

The email is correct. I have received the confirmation to my new email address; nothing was sent to the old one. This form prevents me from reporting the issue to the support:
