Production Deployment issue

I was trying to deploy from QA to Prod and the process went successfully. But at Aplications list at Application menu where we press button for deploy, versions and deployed date is not updated in the list. I expected the updated versions for applications to be reflected on deployment version list immediately. I checked Deployment Plans but it recorded as Status (Finished Successfully). Is this normal? need to wait till it changes later?

Hey @Sanghyeok Son ,

Can you validate on service centre on prod if your recent module's version is reflected or not, by doing this you may conclude, may be your lifetime is still synchronising with prod or probably share some screenshots.

I just needed to make sure, it is deployed in right version. I followed your advice and checked in Prod Service Center. I think it is much more clearer on checking status. Thank you for your advice

@Sanghyeok Son : Looks like there is a delay in synchronisation and hence this behaviour. If this issues persists, do login to the service center of the lifetime environment and see if there are any issues logged.

Hello @Sanghyeok Son

If the status says "Finished Successfully," the publishing stage should be done. However, if you have a massive application with many modules, the LifeTime UI can occasionally time out while waiting for the final confirmation from the Production environment, even if the deployment itself finished in the background.

To put your mind at ease and ensure Prod is actually updated, don't rely on the LifeTime list for a moment. Check these instead:

- Log directly into the Service Center of your Production environment. Go to Factory > Applications. Check the "Upload/Publish Date" there. Service Center is the "source of truth" for a specific environment.

- Open one of the apps in Service Center and look at the published version. Compare it to the version you just pushed from QA.

Hi @Sanghyeok Son ,

Don't worry, it's being synchronized. Check for changes on your app. If everything is fine, you just need to refresh the portal.
