O11 – Installation and Configuration of AI Mentor Studio LifeTime Plugin

Hello Community,

 I would like to clarify the setup procedure for using AI Mentor Studio in an O11 on-premises environment. 

As I understand, the architecture consists of the following two components: 
1. AI Mentor Studio SaaS
This is a SaaS service, so no installation or configuration is required on the customer side. 
2. AI Mentor Studio LifeTime Plugin 
For on-premises environments, installation and configuration are required to integrate with LifeTime.

While investigating the installation process of the LifeTime Plugin, 

I found documentation stating that a LifeTime Probe needs to be installed from within AI Mentor Studio.

I would like to confirm the following: 

1. Does installing the LifeTime Probe automatically install the LifeTime Plugin as well? 

In other words, is the LifeTime Plugin included within the LifeTime Probe package? 


2. Since we are using O11 on-premises and have a dedicated LifeTime server, 

is there any need to manually install additional components directly on the LifeTime server or within LifeTime itself? 


I would appreciate any clarification or insights from those who have implemented this setup in an on-premises environment.

Hi Kazuna, 

The suspect LifeTime Plugin being included in the LifeTime Probe installation . 

These are two distinct components within the AI Mentor Studio setup process, and both needs to be downloaded and installed separately.

I believe in the previous step you would have installed the code analysis prob on a platform server.. so after this  step you can proceed with  mapping of lifetime to that environment .
