Hello Everyone,
Earlier, while I was working with the company, I received an Agentic AI voucher by logging in using my company ID. Recently, I have transferred my certification to my personal ID.
However, when I am trying to schedule the exam now using my personal ID, the voucher is showing as invalid.
Could you please help me understand why the voucher is not working after the transfer and guide me on how to resolve this issue?
I would really appreciate your support in this matter.
Thank you in advance.
Best regards,
Gagan Kumar Jaiswal
Hello @Gagan Kumar Jaiswal,
I’m not sure if this is completely accurate, but I think there might be a difference between using a personal email and a company email.
You could try using a different account, for example a personal one, and see if it works. Also, if possible, you might consider keeping the certifications on the company email, completing the Agentic AI exam, and then moving everything together afterward.
I have already transferred everything to my personal ID last month. However, now when I am trying to schedule the Agentic AI exam, it is showing an "invalid voucher code" error.
Could you please help me understand what I should do in this situation.
Maybe you can contact support in this case, but the issue seems to be related to using different accounts. I think the response will depend on the account that originally received the voucher.
That is why I suggested that, if possible and you still have access to your company email (the one where the voucher is working), you transfer the certifications back to it, take the exam, and then transfer everything again to your personal account afterward.
Hello there,
This usually happens because vouchers are tied to the account they were originally issued to, not to the certification itself.
When you received the voucher using your company account, it was linked to that specific profile. Even though you transferred your certification to your personal ID, the voucher does not transfer automatically, which is why it now appears as invalid.
