Hi I am Chandra from Zurich Insurance company. We are having subscription of Outsystem platform and using for out internal project development .Recently we raise couple of case to upgrade out system Platform from 11.24.0 to 11.40.0 and window sseevr upgrade from 2026 to 2022.I know to know if thst there is a seperate cost asscoiatws with this upgrade which we have to pay or it will already covered the subscription we already have .Please confirm this and I want this for my upgrade project planning and budget allocation .

No, OutSystems does not charge a licensing fee to upgrade the OutSystems Platform Server from version 11.24.0 to 11.40.0

@Chandra Yadav : First, can you confirm if your setup is OutSystems Cloud or on-premises?
If it’s on the cloud, OutSystems handles the platform and OS upgrades, so nothing extra to worry about from your side.
If it’s on-premises, the platform upgrade is included in your subscription from a licensing perspective, but your IT team will need to carry out the upgrade themselves, including the Operating Systems upgrade (e.g., Windows Server) and any related infra work. Operating System licensing is usually covered under your organization’s Microsoft agreement, not OutSystems, so it’s worth double-checking that internally or with your account manager.
