#URGENT - Unable to Schedule for Certification Exam on ProScheduler Prometric

I am unable to schedule and search for availability for the certification exam on Pro Scheduler, It is showing blank screen under Test Sponsor.

Can anybody help?

Hi @Gourav Nama,

I also faced a similar issue long back while scheduling my certification exam through Prometric. After waiting for some time and trying again, it started working for me.

My suggestion would be to wait for around an hour and try again. Sometimes the ProScheduler portal has temporary issues. If the problem still continues, you can submit a support request explaining your issue. Usually, the Prometric support team will reach out and help you.

Also, are you starting from the OutSystems Training->Certifications page?
It shouldn't ask you for the sponsor if you get from the OS page.
