After updating from version 1.6.12 to 1.6.13, when I ask a question in Japanese on the Agent settings screen, the answer displayed in Agent Answer is garbled. What should I do to fix this?

Since the issue started after upgrading to 1.6.13, First check whether the Japanese text is already garbled when generated or only when displayed in the Agent Answer field. Comparing the behavior between versions 1.6.12 and 1.6.13 and reviewing the upgrade notes may help identify if this is a regression related to multilingual text handling.Thanks !
