Hi all, I’ve been exploring the possibilities around MCP integration with OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC), and I’m trying to better understand the current status and availability of the MCP endpoint. A few questions came up during yesterdays ONE conference, that I hope someone from OutSystems or the community can clarify: 🔍 Availability & Roadmap:- Is there an official roadmap for the MCP endpoint in ODC? - When can we expect this to be publicly available (if not already)? - Is this something actively being rolled out, or still in early/private preview? 🏢 Access Scope:- Will access to the MCP endpoint be limited to enterprise customers? - Or is it expected to become available for all ODC environments (including personal/free ones)?
⚙️ Platform Scope:- Will MCP support be ODC-only, or are there also plans to bring this to OutSystems 11 (OS11)? - If it remains ODC-only, is there guidance on migration paths or coexistence scenarios? 🧪 What I’ve tested so far:Out of curiosity, I tried accessing the MCP endpoint on my personal ODC environment using: https://personal-XXXXXX.outsystems.dev/mcp This currently returns a 401 Unauthorized, which suggests: - The endpoint may exist but is protected/restricted - Or it’s not yet enabled for general use 💡 Why I’m interested With MCP opening up interesting possibilities around AI tool integration, automation, and external orchestration, having access to this endpoint could unlock a lot of value, especially in combination with developer tools and copilots.
