Cause: There were previous broken installations of the OutSystems Platform Community Edition or something went wrong during the installation
Resolution: Manually delete the “outsystems” catalogs on SQL Server Management Studio.
Open SQL Server Management Studio
In “Object Explorer” locate the “outsystems” (or “outsystems_”, “outsystems__”, …) catalogs and delete them.
Follow step 3 of “Installation” as on this post.
Re-run the OutSystems Platform Community Edition installer.
