Is there any documentation on moving from version 7 to 8
Question
We are on version 8 and noticed that the use of the grid(set via the theme) is very useful... however our common.Layout_Normal was created with HTML tables... probably standard for verision 7 ... This needs to be converted to use a DIVs so the grid works.... or at least thats seems to be the case... If I create a new application in version 8 the Layout_Normal is created with DIVs and NO HTML tables...
Wondering what else may be useful in Version 8 and is there any documentation or guides on moving from version 7 to version 8

Hi Darrel,

Regarding the grid there is this post that explains on how to modify a old layout to be able to use the grid with it. It will still have a table layout but you can use the new grid feature.

You can also replace your layouts/theme with a new one, but since the placeholders changed a bit it won't be a simple change (there is no side bar placeholder on the new layouts).
