Confirmation DialogBox

Question

Hi,
I have one Link on which i have made use of Popup widget and i am navigating it to the page which i want to, but before that on the Property of Link (Confirmation ---> i have put one question "Are you sure?") on the basis of that it will open the Popup.
Now my question is it is working fine if i click on OK. But once i click on CANCEL and after that if i again click on the link and press OK of that confirm dialog it is not opening the popup.

It seems to be a bug, I was able to reproduce it.
Can you create a support case to report this?

This looks like it could be related to the issue that I was having in IE9:
