Tip: Drag and drop what you need

Hi guys,

I know that there are lots of tips and tricks you already know about drag&drop in ServiceStudio, actually once upon a time there was a post stating that you can drag&drop almost anything, and encouraging you to try to drag things to see if magic happens. How many of you have tryed to search something in ServiceStudio and to drag&drop a result?
