IE Closes immediately upon Processing a Transaction

Hi guys,

May I ask a question?

One of the users reported that Internet Explorer 9 closes unexpectedly, but when he performs the same job on another computer, it doesn't close unexpectedly.

What could be the cause of this issue? I hope this is not by our application.

Hi,

yes you may.

It could be anything. check the event-log of the machine where the crash occurs.
Hopefully it tells something usefull why the browser is crashing.
