This component (in its current version) has modules that are now included as System Components when you install the platform.
For this reason, if you publish it as is, you risk breaking your platform installation - depending if you were granted actual permissions to override these critical modules... (If you face this scenario, a recovery would involve re-publishing System_Components.osp - you can get it from the platform server installation folder).

Maybe this should be marked as deprecated?
