SMS Service
Question
Even with the SMS Service stopped I'm getting the message the error log "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:12004".

I'm using the version 8.0.1.16

Any clue in what might be causing this error?

That error is because you have the SMS Service stopped. By default it listens on port 12004.
