Richwidget\Icon inside a webblock

Hi ,
I have created a webblock and i was using a Richwidget\Icon inside it and when i use the main webblock in a webform it start giving me error ,nothing was showing in the webform and it was opening a OS submit feedback dialog.
I copied the error from dialog and gone throug it and i found that it is something related to recursive webblock , i did rnd and remove the Richwidget\Icon from the webblock an drepublish my espace and it start working fine.
The only thing when i was using the webblock with Richwidget\Icon in same espace it was working fine but same in other espace as refernce it was not working and after removing Richwidget\Icon from my webblock it start working everywhere.
Any idea why it happens.Attached the error file.
