Personal Environment
Hi,

I've installed the Personal Environment, I'm able to connect at outsystems cloud, but not at localhost. 
In this new edition, I can't connect to localhost? I've started outsystems services too, but has no effect.

Personal Environment isn't installable. Probably, you've installed Service Studio from Personal Environment page.

PE works solely in the cloud. The services you have, can they be from a previous version of Platform Server?

Yes. I've installed the 8 Plataform Server.

Can't I have local applications?
