Reading and Importing a CSV file

Hi,
i am using outsystems version 8.0.1.25.. i wonder how could i read a csv file and import it to a Record list/table.
any extensions (compatible with the this version) / logic to implement the same is much appreciated.
Also if there is any OML depicting the same then pls share. I searched the forum, the articles found are with no luck to me.
