Help error upon publishing

Hello,
may i ask for help, when i publish my application this error prompt.

Timer GrantAllRolesToAdmin error (before executing action 'GrantAllRolesToAdmin'). Timer duration = 0 secs: Unable to get data for GrantAllRolesToAdmin Timer (0) in Execute method. [Will retry later]
