[ZXing Services] Can not encode EAN13

When i use GetBarcodeImageURL with EAN13, I can not get image and see following error in service center.
 Minimum margin for EAN_13 is 10px!

I had set margin to 10, but still got the error.
It seems GetBarcodeImageURL didn't use margin parameter.
