Host not found
Question
When I connect to ericwwang.outsystemscloud.com, I got host not fond issue.

Hello Eric

From what I've gathered, your personal was stopped due to lack of activity on saturday, but you've started it again on sunday. If you're still unable to connect using the hostname, it's possible that is due to some DNS cache on your network, or PC.

I've confirmed that the personal is working in perfect order, so I ask you to flush the DNS cache and attempt again.

how can i re-activate an environment? 

accessed (and reset the password)  my accounts but cant seem to remember the corresponding environment thus encountering 'host not found.'


haven't used my account for a year.
