Selecting covered visual elements
Question
I have two text elements that, because of the CSS styles, overlay exactly on top of each other in the visual designer. Because of this, I cannot edit the bottom element -- every time I click on it, it will only ever select the top element.
I've tried:
Selecting the element in the widget list and typing (just relocates the cursor in the widget list)
Right clicking the bottom element in the widget list (no option to edit the text from there)
Using the pane at the bottom right (no option to edit the text from there)
Double clicking the item in the widget list (still does not put focus onto the bottom element)
Gerry
Hit Ctrl-W and access via the Widget tree

As I mentioned above, I tried to use the widget list and it didn't work.

Hi Michael,
You are right. You can only edit the text of Text widget if you click on it in the Content canvas. You can select it in many ways but not edit it's content.
But how did you put 2 Text Widgets on top of each other? :)

Thanks for confirming that there is not another method available. They ended up on top of each other because of the CSS styling. To edit the one underneath, I need to delete the one on top then re-add it.
