IBM Xtify Push Notification Connector

Has anybody created a connector module for IBM's Xtify Push Notifications? 

I have been able to create a PushWoosh connector but unable to replicate this for Xtify.
I just need to create the REST API's for creating a message and registering a device, nothing too tricky.
