Change Autentication method

Hello

I’ve changed the authentication method of my personal environment to Active Directory. Didn’t read about that configuration and didn't know that my server had to be part of my domain. Now I don’t have access to the Users application of my environment. Is there any other way to change the authentication back to internal?

Hi José,

Open the management console (https://<yourpersonaladress>/servicecenter. Then navigate to the Users module Factory > eSpaces > Users.
Next open the default tenant of the application in the tenants tab. Next configure the site properties to ensure you are not using Active Directory, WIA or LDAP (they all should be false).
