Is there any connector available for Sybase? 

If there is not, is there any guideline to create some kind of integration to the Sybase database? I have read in the forum that you can utilize the extension to perform this.

A quick search on the Forge reveals that there doesn't seem to be any connector available for Sybase. So you'd have to make one.

Are you working on which OutSystems Platform version ? 8 or 9?

There's a MySQL connector for previous versions of the platform which you could probably use as a base: https://www.outsystems.com/forge/component/383/mysql-connector/
