I uploaded and am able to open the application, however after putting in my espace info I still get the error "

Those are site properties... you can modify these fields by going to the espace's site properties in Service Center. Basically the app needs to integrate with ECT_Provider of each of the environment's you specify.  You need to define the environment using the URL.
