Could´t access the plataform. When I press the "WAKE IT UP NOW" nothing happened.

Hi,
After update the plataform version i could´t use the "wake ti up now" button!
When I press the "WAKE IT UP NOW" nothing happened. Just a failed message "URL already in use".
 
How can i recover my personal ?

Do you possibly have more than one personal account?  If so, be sure you are logged into the one that you are trying to wake up.  I ran into this a while ago and had similar symptoms.
