Hello,

Taking into account that I didn't find any documentation and the description of the parameters are poorly written, please give us a description of each parameter and an example of how to use Cell_WriteByIndexWithFormat, especially CellType and CellFormat.

The problem is that I want to write numbers to cells but the resulting Excel has "Number Stored as Text" warnings...
