How to delete roles in an Application

How do I remove the 2 Product Manager Roles? I have already deleted them in my Application but they still show up there.

My bad, my query is the one at fault. The Roles that I have deleted have is active to false. but how do I fully delete them from the application?

I have managed to delete the roles using an advanced query. sorry for the trouble. I thought there will be complications if I delete it by query.
