Removing of built-in jQuery

Hi,

We're currently building a website and I'm having challenges in terms of the header.



As shown above, the Layout_Lisbon web block has a boolean parameter that accepts UserHeaderFade which removes the fading of the header when using the layout while the Layout_Website does not. 

While looking at the JavaScript of the web block, I assume that the else block makes the header fade? If that's the case, I would want to overwrite this and not let the header fade. How can we do this?

Sounds like you need to create your own theme based on Lisbon, or a Layout based on Lisbon's.
