The Community Edition, the version you can install and use locally, was discontinued after version 8. To use version 9 of the platform you must use the free Personal Edition cloud service or buy the Enterprise Edition.
Hope that helps,

Hi Curt
If i want to buy it ? can you give me the price please and the link for purshase it
Best regards
Curt Raddatz
It's not a simple application that you can just buy online. Go to this page -
https://www.outsystems.com/company/contact-us/
- and let them know what you are trying to do. The only price shown anywhere on the Outsystems site is shown here -
https://www.outsystems.com/pricing-and-licensing/
- at the bottom of the page but it doesn't tell you the number of users or other capacity limits for that price.

Fati,
I that wasn't clear, Curt is just an OutSystem user/developer*, like most of us. For licencing information you need to contact OutSystems, as Curt explained.
*A very knowledgeable one, but still :).
