dynamic layout - how to use London and change to Popup ?
Question
I would like to reuse some screens replacing the London layout with popup layout. I thought to put an if in the layout option but it is no possible. It seems that I should create webblocks and put on web pages but this is not so practical. Someone can give me a tip ?
Here an example what I am doing:  in the planning screen I have a link to sales to see the details. As I am using the popup screen I have always one screen working at the moment. That way I avoid many screens open at the same time.

Hi Luciano,

Layouts can have different placeholders, so a IF condition before it be rendered would not be possible. Usually a Layout Popup has only a content placeholder (in few some cases a footer separated placeholder too). You can encapsulate this content in a webblock to reuse this as much on a screen as in a popup. I agree it could be more practical, but unafortunately I think this is the best way to achieve what you want by reusing screens.
