Cannot connect to forge in Outsystems tab in ServiceStudio

I cannot display the screen in outsystems tab.

I'm getting also the error : Error -118 when loading url https://jonathanmacke.outsystemscloud.com/ServiceCenter/Application_Edit.aspx?ApplicationKey=9738608c-cb5a-46ff-aa19-6305c17de600

when I'm opening the Environment >> Application Management... menu

My network connection is OK. I can publish an app

Welcome to the OutSystems Community.


The first error you're getting is usually result of a limited internet access, because that tab tries to open the OutSystem's website. Are you trying to access your personal environment from work? Can you try to access it from home to see if the same error occurs?


The second error is a timeout. Is this the only page where you experience any slowness?

Hi Hélio,

I'm trying from work. I can try at home also. Is there a way to configure the proxy server. In the Preference menu, there is no possibility to set the proxy host.

The IDE is globally slow. It takes between 20 to 30 seconds to fully load a screen of my app in the Interface menu. And the performance is not improved when the screen has already been loaded once.
