Complex permissions down to form level - best practice
Discussion
How-to
Hi,
I have a current requirement from a client which involves applying some complex permissions at role level to widgets on a form. So a role may be able to edit one part of a form but not another and another role may not even be able to see one part of a form.
Is there any easy way of managing this or does it need to be all hard coded against each of the widgets affected?

Hello Debra,
In my personal opinion the easyiest way is that inside the widgets you do code the available options (seeing, editing and not showing) and then assign each option to the desired role Id.
Doing that you might have less work later on when you just need to assign new roles to each option.
Best regards,
Cristiano
