Accessing Server with HTTP access revoked with service studio

We have just revoked HTTP access on our cloud servers an normally access them through service studio using the IP address.  Now we are unable to access them through service studio, are there any suggestions to workarounds for this? 

I presume this may be because there needs to be a valid certificate for the IP address.
That's quite likely to be the case. If HTTP is disabled and HTTPS won't work due to bad certificates, I'd expect a LOT of things to break, like Lifetime, and Service Studio.

If the server's certificates are configured for the correct domain name, using that domain name instead of the IP address should solve the issue.
