How to set a dynamic tag cloud

I would like to set the dynamic tag cloud you can find out in the aforementioned URL. How can we set such cloud tag almost exactly as it shows in the link? Besides, after clicking in one specific word in the cloud that word should appear in the input form. Thank you.
I only know how to set a simple static cloud tag but it does not matter for my purposes.

Hi Jorge,

Unless you have some javascript that does what is shown there, you can't. Note that it is a WP plugin, one that doesn't seem to exist anymore (note the link is eight years old).

Hi Jorge,

I'm wondering... the URL you shown has a great WOW factor, but... is it really helpful for users? I find the tags are actually less readable, so this looks like putting technology show-off ahead of usability.

That's just my impression, I may be wrong, hence I am curious on your inputs.

João: to make a long story short... it is not really my intention to do it, but I need to set one. :) This feature is not really for me... by the way, I fully agree that tag cloud is just for showing off.
