[OutSystems Now] Youtube video sound don't work on ipad

Question

Hello,

I add and embedded youtube video to my app in a popup, I verify it in an iphone and the video display fine with the audio but using an ipad the sound do not work, only the video. I open the app directly using safari and the video sound work fine. The problem is only with the Outsystem now app in an ipad.

Any ideas?

I reinstall the Outsystems now app and now it working.

Hi Jose,

Maybe the codecs used in OSNow don't support the audio from that video format. Did you try the other video formats?
