4. When modal I input and updated data in opened Form Widget, there are not the data which I input into Source Record of Form Widget

I do not think this has anything to do with the component, rather how you are binding your form/handling your ajax refreshes. All this component does it give different transitions for toggling the modals.
That being said, I am more then happy to help you figure out your issue. Do you have a sample OML you can send to me so I can take a look?
