Hello Willem,
There seems to be some problem with your Platform Home status. I suggest you report this to success@outsystems.com so it can be analyzed and fixed.
Cheers
This appears to be a display issue on the Personal Environment Home at https://www.outsystems.com/home/
It is in fact showing your Environment is stopped when in fact is not (for your specific case).
This however shouldn't not prevent you from continue to use it, you just won't be able to benefit from the "Manage Apps" button.
You can still open Service Studio from your desktop and connect.
We are investigating this issue in order to correct it, we apologize for any inconvenience.

Hi Ana,
I am not sure where to find the Service Studio and where to click to connect ?
Is it somewhere on this page ?
Service Studio is part of the Development tools that were installed on your computer along with Integration Studio.
You can search for 'Service Studio' on your desktop applications and connect using the Environment hostname as shown in https://www.outsystems.com/home/ and the same username and password used to log on OutSystems website.
This issue was just resolved.
Can I ask you to check again if you can now see the "Manage Apps" button?
Let us know if this happens again using the Personal Environment Troubleshooting Forum.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Let's look in the positive side, and take the opportunity to check how to open and connect the development tools without the use of OutSystems website features. It's how you'll need to use them when working on an Enterprise
