Did you check the service center log ? Also check the role in the page also.

You have to check service center error logs to get some additional info of what's wrong
error in ServiceCenter
Seems to be an issue with the resource "OutSystemsReactView.js" on "SaberMais" espace. Something wrong with javascript.

I had the same issue today, but I already had the Anonymous role checked for a long time. So what I did was uncheck it and publish the App, and after that check it again and publish the app again, and it started to work good again! Thanks this was very helpful :)
check the JS, OS didnt compile properly and still had old JS there, that was my bug.
