Suppose I have more than one module for one application, than I want to provide security at model level.
Module should be visible based on user role, How can achieve this functionality?

As far as I know, that is not possible. You can only set permissions for webscreens and particular elements inside screens using the "CheckRole" actions.
If you need to restrict access to an entire module, you're going to have to do it individually for all of that module's screens.
