But please let me know how do we save the data in the form. Currently I see "Validate" option in the form but not save the data and list the data stored in the form.

Got it, you want to store multiple responses to the same form.
In this implementation it actually only writes one response per form. I will implement this idea.
New published version. Now you can record and view all the answers.
