I have made a multilingual website with a combobox which contains my locales. In the onchange event I've managed to change the language. After setting the Current Locale with the function SetCurrentLocale the locale is changed, but this is only visible if I navigate to another page. I want to refresh the page after setting the locale, is this possible?

My dropdown is in the header, so I don't know the current page. In the destination list there is no option like current page.
