Service center login issue

Hi All,

When I am login in to server center using https://servername/servicecenter/login.aspx , it's taking me https://servername/ServiceCenter/LoginIntegratedAuthentication.aspx.

I do not have account for this to login. HOw to create account for this ?? It's not integrated with lifetime.

What are changes should I make to use default url and default credentials(admin/admin) ?

This is urgent.

It seems you've activated Integrated Authentication for ServiceCenter, I guess that would explain the redirect... Unless that was on purpose, I suggest you read this post, might help you.

Hi Prakash,

usually you have to use the name of your personal environment (if it is the case) to replace the servername in the url.

Please, tell me about your environment if the previous advice did not help you.

Yes I used server name .

https://test/servicecenter/login.aspx is redirecting to https://test/servicecenter/LoginIntegratedAuthentication.aspx.

Please let me know If I need to make any changes on server level so that it wont redirect at all.
