Please forgive my ignorance  but i am looking to hire someone to help me with my project.

I don't know if these forums are  the appropriate place.  It made more sense to me to try to find someone here as i am familiar with the constant posters through reading their posts.  Let me know if its ok to solicit this kind of work here and if not please point me in the right direction.
