How to solve convert.exe: no decode delegate for this image format `TMP' issue?
Question

Hi,

Currently our mobile app generates this error:

convert.exe: no decode delegate for this image format `TMP' @ error/constitute.c/ReadImage/501.

convert.exe: no images defined `C:\Users\T8F1E3~1\AppData\Local\Temp\9f226b00-5cdb-4ae1-a1dd-1c47caceba7a.tmp' @ error/convert.c/ConvertImageCommand/3212.

How can we fix it and why it can happen?

Are you making use of ImageMagick forge compenent aka ImageToolBox?

https://www.outsystems.com/forge/component/2/imagetoolbox/


Not sure that is supported for mobile.

Yes I am. On some server calls there is an uploaded image processing involved.
