I cannot configure "tenant Virtual Phones" ("Sorry! You need to configure tenant Virtual Phones to test tenant site."). If I try to "Edit Tenant" I do not get as in the explanation of "Queue SMS_Service Center feature" the "Physical Number".
How can I create a physical number?

Hi Alberto,

First of all, you need to be a ServiceCenter Manager to configure the tenant Virtual Phones, make sure you're one already or request your manager to do this configuration for you.

Go to the tenant detail screen, there you'll find a list of your eSpace's application phones. Press the assign button and choose the physical number and the sharing mode you will associate with your application phone.
That’s it, your now ready to test your SMS application.

P.S. To create a new physical number go to Administration/Phones in your ServiceCenter console, type in the number and press the “create new” button (again, you must be a ServiceCenter manager to perform this operation).

I have just asked to configurate a Virtual phone for me, since I do not have powers of a ServiceCenter Manager.
