Install multiple versions of IE on your PC
Question
When developing web applications, particularly Javascript and CSS intensive applications, one of the major concerns is cross browser compatibility. This can be a problem not only between Firefox and Internet Explorer but also between several versions of IE.
Fortunately there is a way to install older versions of IE even if you already have IE 7.0 installed. Just go to
https://tredosoft.com/Multiple_IE
and click the "Download Installer" link (
https://tredosoft.com/files/multi-ie/multiple-ie-setup.exe
). You'll be able to install versions 6.0, 5.5, 5.01, 4.01 and even 3.0 of IE!
Happy developing,
Rodrigo

It's also possible to use the SiteVista service to test your application in multiple browsers.
I've never used it myself, but it looks promissing. Check it out ->
