I cant evaluate the platform - Deployment service is down in front-end Server

Personal Environment

I already opened a ticket, but they encourage to use the forums.


As I am new and I am evaluating the platform to my organization, I was going well with the test app, however, the environment health says the front end deployment server is down, and I cant continue the process.

Can this be solved without the direct support from Outsystems?

Hi Julio,

I'm not sure what information you supplied to OutSystems Support, but this is definitely not something you can solve yourselves. I'd advise you to get in touch with them again, and ask them to fix it.
