SOAP 1.2
Question

Hi,

We know that OutSystems supports SOAP 1.1 , and we also know that to consume SOAP 1.2 web services we need to use integration studio.

Our question: is SOAP 1.2 on the OutSystems roadmap ?

Thanks J. Agree REST is the way forward - it was just out of interest to see if we could do this in an easier way - cheers

Hi,


I really doubt it's even on the roadmap, because it's REST all the way. Furthermore, it got some quirks it's hard to fix that in the platform itself and you probably end up doing it via integration studio yourself anyways.

Is there a specific need why you want it to be in the platform itself (besides the obvious easiness at first)
